TRANSITION GUIDE FOR APTAMIL GOLD+ (STAGE 1 & 2)
Start by reducing your usual volume of drink to 75%. Add 25% of the new drink. Do this on every feed for 2 days.
Then reduce your usual drink to 50% and add 50% of the new drink, again, do this on every feed for 2 days.
Reduce your old drink to 25% and the new drink to 75% for 2 days.
If your child has not experienced any adverse symptoms on day 7 you are ready to try 100% of the new drink.
IF YOU ARE ABLE, BREASTFEEDING IS BEST. IT PROVIDES ALL THE NUTRITIONAL HEALTH BENEFITS AS MOTHER NATURE INTENDED. IN READYING FOR AND DURING BREASTFEEDING, IT'S IMPORTANT THAT MUMS EAT A HEALTHY, BALANCED DIET.

Feeding Guide -
Age: 6-8 months, Cooled boiled water: 200mL, Level scoops of powder: 4, Number of feeds per day: 3-5.
Age: 9-12 months, Cooled boiled water: 200mL, Level scoops of powder: 4, Number of feeds per day: 3-4. 1 scoop = 7.8g of powder.
Note: 1 scoop of powder added to 50mL of water yields approximately 56mL of formula. This feeding guide is a general guide only; your baby may need more or less than shown.
